Harvested from the deep, cold waters of southeast Alaska, Bairdi crab is famous for their beautiful, bright shells and sweet, delicate and snowy-white meat.

To make sure our crab stays delicious, they’re brined and flash-frozen after harvest. The result is a versatile crab that cooks up quickly and is available year-round. Though, fair warning—they do tend to sell out fast.
