We start with super fresh, naturally raised Atlantic salmon fillets and then dry-cure them in a custom kosher salt and brown sugar we’ve spent years perfecting. After curing, our salmon is smoked the right way—naturally, with natural hardwood chips, until it has just the right amount of smoky flavor.

Our smoked salmon is 100% free of additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or colorants. Available in Soil Association Certified Organic.
