Ingredients
- 8 oz. boneless skinless salmon fillet, finely diced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- Kosher salt and finely ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Finely dice salmon.
- Combine salmon, soy, mirin, cilantro, salt, and pepper
- Place ring mold or cookie cutter to shape.
